- Download the PDF to your IPad or Android Tablet

- Open the 12 Week Planner PDF in any annotation app you can find, such as Notability (my favourite), Goodnotes, NotesWriter, etc

- Start writing down. In general you can use it just with swiping/scrolling. For jumps between weeks, use the Buttons / menu.

### Keep in Mind: ###

- The 12 Week Planner starts with Monday.

- The Dimension of this Planner are not suitable for printing and are not recommended to use on phones.
